INTERNAL COMPLAINT
FACOL- Yarn Dyeing,Lda. believes that continuous improvement can only be achieved with everyone's help. And so that everyone can help, FACOL clarifies here the channels available to report any deviations from normality (complaints).
Complaints are received and handled by Maria José Fernandes, through access to the Internal Reporting Channel decreed by Law No. 93/2021, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the complaint and the protection and support of whistleblowers against possible retaliation.
WAYS AND WAYS TO REPORT
FACOL has a reporting channel so that any person or entity can report any deviations from normality. Complaints received will be duly handled, ensuring the protection and confidentiality of the complainant
